"The pool was great, and the room was clean. But we booked because of the pictures of the breakfast. We have several food restrictions, and were excited to see all the pictures of fresh food that we could eat! We were surprised to see a bakery station, potatoes, sausages, rehydrated watery eggs, waffles, cereal, and oatmeal. Not at all the amazing spread that we thought we were getting. Our refrigerator also wasn't working right for the first half of our stay, once one of us got sick we went to the front desk. There, we were told that maintenance would come up. We asked if they had a fridge or cooler we could use since we just bought groceries, and the person at the desk said "We don't have coolers" and walked away. The maintenance person put our groceries in the breakfast area's fridge. We're in town for 3 weeks for business. We stayed here for the first week, and won't be back. "

"Haven't stayed there in a year. They haven't made any improvements since then. Don't plan on watching TV because half of the channels don't come through and they have three different lists of Channel guides, none of which actually match what is programmed on the tv, so you get the fun of slowly scrolling through channels waiting for the commercial to end so you can see what's really on. Although sometimes there's no picture so you can only hear what's on. The hallways smell old and dingy except for in the areas where they smell like marijuana. They used to have great front desk staff and I don't know where those people have gone to. Very disappointing stay."

"Unable to get an extra pillow for the couch bed. And that’s just so each person had 2 pillows, which is normal. I really liked the small extras like makeup remover and lotion. Tv was almost impossible to navigate and the options were garbage. Zero drawers for clothing! That was crazy to see. And in a king room, there were 4 of us……it was fine. And I would stay here again. "
