"The following comments are in regard to our stay on wed oct 14th. On the morning of thur oct 15th we went down for breakfast. There were apparently 3 or 4 employees working the breakfast buffet. One of them was making pancakes for the other employees, while ignoring customers waiting to use the pancake maker. We overheard her ask her fellow employee "how many do you want?", to which her fellow employee answered "four" (all spoken in Spanish). They were bringing the food in the back room. We finally gave up and just found something else to eat. In the other hotels where we stayed, there was only one staff working in the breakfast room, refilling the food and making sure the guests were being prioritized. They were not helping themselves to coffee and the pancake maker in full view of the guests. I spent many years working in the hotel management industry. This situation constitutes a breach in (1) professional conduct, (2) customer service, and (3) maintaining a sanitary dining environment."

"We just stayed one night as our son was playing a hockey game. It was clean seemed a little outdated staff was friendly. There were some kids running around in the pool area without adults, but I just mind my own business so no big deal nice place seems safe and clean."
