The room itself had stained carpets, peeling paint on the windows. No screens on the windows, and the shower protector was lifting off the bottom. The hotel gives off lovely vibes, which are very England from the outside, but the maintenance inside could be a little bit better in my personal opinion. There is a courtesy tea and coffee maker in the room, which we stayed in, but it was mouldy and gross. The one in the main lobby is never full of water and does not have any milk.. They really could use someone to maintain this machine. There are no staff anywhere to be had at this place and you have to do everything through the stupid app to get any service or through WhatsApp. There is absolutely no air-conditioning at this place and the weather was astronomically hot. We asked for fans for our room which they did accomdate that. For the price of this place, there should be a small fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cold let alone courtesy water. Pass on this hotel if your used of North American standards. This is no better than super eight and I would say a super eight is better than this. The only perk is the area felt safe and was fairly close to the tube station about a 5-7 minute walk away.

This is a good place to stay if you need a bed and sleep. (ideal if you have to wake up early and get to the eurostar.) The rooms are tiny and again that is just fine when you need a place to drop your stuff and go and experience the rest of the world. The staff are alway pleasant.

This place is fairly basic, but fine. The room was nicely decorated, had a very small shower and a small TV and no ac so it did get very hot during the night. The hotel is in an ideal location if you need to be near to Paddington station but don't expect much from staying here. I stayed here 1 night and it worked out okay but I wouldn't recommend staying here for a long trip.

Excellent staff, perfect for our needs. Easily accessible from the Earl's Court station. The neighbor was very nice, lots of food options within waking distance. I only wish we had a couple more feet of space for the luggage (some storage under the bed), but overall I thought it was lovely. Thank you to all the staff.
