"The hotel was clean but not kept well. Alternate entrances keypads did not work and guests were putting rocks in the doors to keep them accessible. Not safe. My shower head had mold growing on it, so I didn't shower. My patio door the handle was broken. My stay was fine but management needs to do their repairs and upkeep."

"Pool/hot tub out of order. Waffle iron in the breakfast was out of order. No hot water or microwave (except in room). Room was dirty, mattress on the couch bed was badly stained. The blankets were stained and falling apart. Pillows lumpy. The a/c worked. "

"The Thunderbird has been nicely remodeled and was very clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The lady that checked us in was so nice and accommodating! We only stayed one night but were very comfortable. "
