"Room had a huge 2" approx. roachlike bug. I video 'd it. Pretty nasty sight for the expense I paid. I they removed it said God created bugs offered another room. Didn't think that solved the problem. I could have stayed at a dive for 1/2 price but thought it was more possible at a dive. Apparently bug free is very expensive. Was billed around $250 for two nights. No offer to reduce my disgust. Didn't ask. Most people would offer a remedy. Never again."

"Not ideal, check into the room and there is a large smeared dead bug on the pillow, okay it happens. Then head to the restroom, no TP. No extra TP either. Hmm. Okay, Back to the bed and sit down and observe a bunch of boogers on the wall...and the side of the bed has dirty bodily fluids on it.. Everywhere I looked was frankly so dirty I couldn't comfortably lay down in here. Cut fingernails too...YUCK! Went to front desk and brought it to their attention and asked for a refund because I was pretty disgusted. Told not an often they don't offer refunds "its against policy". Asked to show us to another room so we agreed. The other room was slightly cleaner but by no means "clean" by average standards. Usually can count on a Travelodge for a clean, basic room but this fell REALLY short. Not recommended and I have a lot of travel experience- this isn't the place to book at."

"Sent my relatives there as part of some traveling they were doing and they said the food for breakfast was very good and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They enjoyed their stay a lot."

"The breakfast bar was a joke. No drinks, and only premade burritos. They double charge me for the room!!! They said it would be refunded the next day, but it took 7 days after I called my bank. Will not stay here again"
