"I organised a large family gathering at this hotel to celebrate finishing south West coast path. The breakfast and dinner every night was fantastic served by a brilliant team. The location is great and in a beautiful area , used the heated outdoor pool several times. Lots of nice areas outside and in to relax . Hotel rooms need updating but overall this didn’t affect our stay . Great value and recommend. "

The property was in a great location with a 15 min walk to the beach or town centre. Would recommend the property and host to anyone planning a trip to Swanage."

"A clean quiet hotel in a good location about 15 minutes walk along the promenade from the centre of Swanage. Staff are very helpful. Serves breakfast and dinner and has a spa in the basement and pleasant beer garden right above the beach. The parking is very limited and the only other downside is that the bed is one of the least comfortable (/older?) that I have slept in."
