Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 120 m, pebble beach 20 km, rocky beach 12 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Deck chairs. Facilities: iron, baby cot, hair dryer.
