Italy in Suzho?
Just an incredible place to stay - its a great deal of fun simply to roam the property - amazing attention to detail on every level from cleanliness to ambiance.

Bad Checkin rest was great
Love the Hotel really unique first class. When we went to check-in we found out we were on the first floor. This is not satisfactory. Also room was dark. The girl on the front desk called and spoke in Mandarin to the cleaning staff and told them to clean a room on the second floor .I not sure they were aware we understood Mandarin. Then there was no meal plan so she tried to upgrade our room. This room needed 45 minutes to be cleaned. this was 45 minutes after our first request to get the room cleaned on the second floor. As far I could see she was working on commission to get us to upgrade. Finally a young gentleman took over and straighten the mess out and did a great job of looking after us in your lovely hotel.

會想再去住的地方
地點很棒，離東方之門地鐵站只要穿過公園2分鐘就到。整體裝潢溫暖有質感，特別喜愛房間木質地板木質百葉自動窗與6星級的床墊讓我一夜好眠。適合喝下午茶欣賞金雞湖，服務生素質不錯。

一点不愉快的经历
从硬件和软件上衡量是个很不错的酒店，至于性价比就见仁见智了。但唯一的不愉快是，登记入住的当天告知有早餐以及早餐的时间和地点，第二天一早父母去用餐时也确认可以进入早餐厅，刚准备吃的时候却备告知房价不含早餐。这个时候大家都很尴尬，所以我认为这个不愉快很影响心情。

也许是国庆假期，入住客人较多，服务人员配置不够导致客房清理比较马虎。但还是值得向朋友推荐，有机会还会来住。

素晴らしいハード
高層ビルのシティホテルではなく、リゾートホテルである。ロビーから部屋に至るまで豪華の一言に尽きる。到るところにチャイニーズモダンとランボルギーニーの融合がみられるところも見どころだ。
