The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the location was perfect, however nothing else positive can be said. The rooms are disgusting, I am not a picky person or a germophobe but there was mold on the mirror, on shower curtains, no ventilation and the room literally smelled. No bed bugs but they don’t have real room service either, you have to ask them if you’re staying for long to clean your room.

Ali at the desk was an absolute delight to deal with. Helped us with many things and was always up for a laugh!
