The home flows over 3 spacious levels with multiple living areas, balconies, and large bedrooms. When you walk through the pedestrian gate, you are met with a bright courtyard with tropical plants. The private front door brings you through to the mid-level, which comprises the second TV living area (this is where the sofa bed is located), two large bedrooms (both with private balconies and ensuite bathrooms), powder room, and laundry room. You can access the private pool from the mid-level via a small set of steps. You can also gain access to the double garage from the mid-level.
The first level flows from a beautiful formal lounge through to a lovely kitchen with all mod cons (and Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine) and a lovely balcony with cooling breezes and stunning ocean views. The dining room is located on the other side of the townhouse with sliding doors leading out to a huge outdoor terrace with a relaxing lounge area and an outdoor alfresco dining area.
The master suite is designated for the top level of the property. The bright bedroom also enjoys those gorgeous blue views and breezes. There is a huge master ensuite with a standalone bath and his and hers sinks. There is also a separate rain shower. Should you have to work on your holidays, you can work from the desk in the master bedroom and watch out for whales breaching from the water during the Winter months.
There is a double garage and a separate carport underneath the property with internal access directly into the property.

The property is not suitable for group bookings due to the proximity to the residential neighbour and the strict code of conduct.
Please advise at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, should you wish for the double sofa bed to be made up in the second living area.
