Sleeping up to 8 this beautiful apartment is a short stroll down to Third Bay, and only a 10 min walk into Coolum's patrolled beaches, shops & cafes. Elevated on an exclusive coastal strip, Villa 9's expansive outdoor space captures wide ocean views and cooling afternoon sea breezes.

The flexible bedroom configuration can cater for couples or friends catching up with bedroom 1 as a king bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 having options of either a king bed or 2 x single beds and bedroom 4 as 2 x single beds.

Spread over two levels, the lower floor contains the four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, and lower terrace. A stylish staircase sweeps up to the open plan kitchen, living and dining space, which all flow onto an enormous tiled terrace from where you can take in the stunning outlook.
