Highwater Haven serves as the perfect beach getaway for your family and furry friend in Alexandra Headland. It celebrates Queensland indoor/outdoor living with its balconies, and spacious fully fenced pet friendly garden and yard. Sit back, enjoy the sun, and relax by the pool, or take in the ocean views from the balcony. Located only a 5 minute walk from the popular Alex Beach its central location is also an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding Sunshine Coast.

This fantastic pet friendly holiday apartment is located within the Highwater building, only a short walk from the beach at Alexandra Headland.

The property is nicely styled and fitted out, and has a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living, and a lounge space. The property has a balcony with ocean views and a fully fenced garden and yard with outdoor setting, BBQ, and additional seating. The complex has a shared swimming pool that can be accessed from the apartments private yard.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* This property is pet friendly. We just ask that you pick up and deposit in the bin any surprises that are left behind in the yard.
We trust owners to best understand their pets and ensure that no damage occurs to the property and its furnishings.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

Lovely unit and garden, great location, unfortunately the traffic noise was really bad. Fantastic property manager, very helpful when we locked ourselves out.

I stayed here with my Dad, my partner and our dog. It's a beautiful unit with everything you need. It's literally a min drive to the beach or less than 10 min walk. There is a big hill on the way so just be aware if you've elderly or young kids. The unit entrance is a little hidden in the middle of 2 bushes but once you find it, it's easy! Great space outside for kids or pets. Property manager is very responsive. Overall a great stay!
