"I stayed at Seashell Resort for a few days during a trip where I traveled to eight countries, with Vietnam being my final stop before returning home. When traveling, my safety box is something I never forget to lock, as it holds everything important to me. Unfortunately, this time I accidentally left it unlocked. I would like to sincerely thank Loan, Kieu, and Thanh, who noticed that my safety box was open. They immediately contacted Phuc Hau from reception, who came to secure it. They changed the code, locked it and kindly left me a sealed letter explaining what had been done. I am truly impressed by the honesty and professionalism shown by the staff. In the past, I have seen family members lose money or personal belongings in hotels, so this experience was a great relief. I cannot imagine how devastating it would have been if everything in my safety box had gone missing. I wanted to share this experience with the world, especially with frequent travelers like myself. Thank you again to Loan, Kieu, Thanh, Phuc Hau, and the entire Seashell Resort team for making my stay feel safe and pleasant. I will definitely recommend Seashell Resort to my friends, family, and to myself whenever we return to Phu Quoc. Thank you once again. "

"Excellent, modern hotel located centrally on the west main road of the island. Room was excellent, super comfortable beds, good shower and all other essential amenities. On our many travels, this hotel was up there as one of the best we have stayed. Breakfast was great, different food each day. Thanks to all the breakfast staff who made our stay a great experience, especially Canh and the omelette lady who made one each day for me. Rooms were quiet, aircon was consistent to keep the hot and humid conditions at bay. One slight gripe about the hotel. The top floor pool was great but with only concrete beams overhead and no roof, you were always exposed to the hot sun. There were also no umbrellas. These would have made it more pleasant using the pool area. The hotel is within a short walk to nearby foodstalls and restaurants. Outside the hotel there are free bus stops which can take you North up to Vinpearl Grandworld and south to the airport. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and highly recommed this hotel to anyone planning to visit the lovely island of Pho Quoc."

"Everything about this hotel was outstanding. From the views of the sea, sunset and mountains from the swimming pool and restaurant to the rooms and service. But what made this the best stay we had in Vietnam is the people. We unfortunately had an accident (not in the resort) and Vy was amazing with us. Constantly checked in while we were in hospital, arranged for our belongings to be kept safe and ensured we were always looked after on our return. Someone was always available to help us as we had restricted mobility and it was great to have Vy and her colleague’s support during a challenging time. Khang, one of the bell men that kept helping us, was also very kind and helpful. Always available to assist with a smile on his face and pride in everything he does. He even drove me across the road from the resort to collect laundry even though the buggies are usually for internal use only. Every single employee was a pleasure to interact with. We hope to visit Phu Quoc again to enjoy it in good health, and when we do there is no doubt we will stay at Lahana Resort - hoping to see you all again soon! "

"We had the 2 bed apartment on 9th floor. Spacious. Lovely view from patio, great to watch the sunsets. Central location to access each end of island. Lots of restaurants, shops and businesses. Only a couple of minutes walk across the road to beach. Easy use of the free bus to Grand world and that end of the island."

"I was very happy with my stay here. It is a great location with sunset views. The bed and pillows good and fresh towels daily. I am traveling 147 days so cost effective hotels are important. The hotel is older. The staff at the reception were very helpful. FYI the wifi works. I have 2 tips 1 don’t be late to the buffet breakfast for best selection 2 the water is solar heated. I was very impressed with Pho Quoc the people are so nice and it is safe "
