"The home itself is beautiful, with gorgeous views, and it’s well stocked with necessities. However, the lack of air conditioning—which was not disclosed—is a major issue. With the large windows, the house heats up like an oven. The house reached 75 degrees by noon and got hotter as the afternoon went on. At a balmy 79 degrees, sleeping was nearly impossible despite minimal clothing, no covers, and multiple fans. It didn’t start cooling down until around 2am, leading to rough all-nighters and dragging days. I can only imagine how hot it gets in the summer, especially since our stay was in mid-March. It was not a restful stay.Opening doors and windows throughout the home wasn’t a viable option for us due to safety needs with our special needs son. Even when I was able to open a couple of doors while supervising, it didn’t make a meaningful difference in the heat.I had assumed AC was standard—right along with power and water—but now I know to double check. I haven’t ever had this issue before, and we stay in the area biannually. The lack of air conditioning was not clear to me at all, and I don’t want other busy moms and families to struggle like we did. Staying here would be best during the very coldest months."

"The house was terrific and the views amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and all the bedrooms and bathrooms well appointed. The only negative is that we were a group of 70 and 80 year olds and I would caution older individuals because of all the stairs. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. We skied Sundance every day and the cabin was close enough to come back for lunch, rest a bit and go back out for a few more runs. The cabin was lovely and the layout was perfect for our family. The kids had a great time sledding on the small hill in the yard and everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. We hope to return next year. "
