"This is a nice motel located within walking distance of the BYU football stadium and the BYU campus. It shares a parking lot with another motel, and this one costs more because it's the better one, although both are fine. I like this place, I plan to stay again, and I recommend it to others. It's a decent place to stay. "

"Beautiful accommodations.House was very clean and well stocked . Great location ,walking distance to Sundance mountain where there were great restaurants! Very peaceful with the stream running along the house . Having the hot tub was great after our long hikes . Definitely give this a five star "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sundance at this very comfortable house. It has great spaces where our family could gather and we did a lot of cooking on the grill and the well-equipped kitchen. We balanced relaxing at the house with all the close by activities available, hiking, zip lining and mountain top yoga! The setting is so beautiful. If you are looking for a fun and peaceful vacation this is it."

"This house was seriously amazing — even better than the photos. The view alone was worth it, but the whole place just had such a warm, peaceful vibe. The natural light pours in and makes everything feel bright and cozy. The kitchen was super open and easy to cook in, with modern appliances and everything we needed. We spent tons of time around the dining table and relaxing on the couches. The piano was a sweet little surprise. Loved sitting in the swinging chairs on the front patio and taking in the mountain air and quiet. Both decks were awesome, and the hot tub at night under the stars was next level. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Sundance Resort — we rode the lift up the mountain, grabbed nachos at Bearclaw Cabin, and had a really nice dinner at the Foundry Grill. Such a fun mix of casual and fancy. Pamela was a great host — super responsive and helpful with local tips. We had the best time and would come back in a heartbeat. This place is a total gem."

"The River Song Cottage was perfect! I loved sitting on our patio and listen to the stream; it was so peaceful. The kitchen had every little gadget you would need for your stay. The cottage was comfy, clean, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to any question we had. The River Song Cottage is a great stay!"

"This little end unit cabin with the jacuzzi is the best and the fireplace was the frosting on the cake. Clean, organized and well stocked. Yes.. these units are slightly older, but they are well maintained and it adds to the charm imo. We will be back! "
