"This house was unusually clean. It was also well appointed with entertainment opportunities, so in the mornings and evenings there was lots of ways to have fun with our adult kids and teen and toddler grandkids; everyone had fun. The pool was well kept and supplied with lots of fun accessories, and the area was designed safely for the littles. The kitchen was also well appointed for easy use. Check in was super easy even though I had never rented a place like this. Everything in the house was clearly labeled for ease of use and there was a check out list to make it easy to meet expectations before departure. Although we were careful to be respectful of the neighbors and comply with neighborhood covenants regarding noise, the one disappointment with this rental was the neighbor's dog barking every morning at 5am. Otherwise a great experience and everyone had a great time. "
