The hotel itself was immaculate, the beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and impressive. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Sue at the front desk, who was truly the highlight of our experience. Her charisma, warmth, and professionalism are remarkable, and it is immediately evident why she has dedicated 38 years to this property. Sue went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for, turning a wonderful stay into a once in a lifetime memory. She is an absolute asset to Marriott and a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like. If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would be the inclusion of an airport shuttle service something we would gladly pay for, as this hotel unquestionably deserves every bit of recognition it receives. We recommend the Marriott Marquis without hesitation and can confidently say that this will be the only hotel we choose to stay at from now on."
