Like new pool home, built in 2022. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, canal front property. Private 37’ dock with fish cleaning station, on 28’ wide end of canal. Predominant winds keep canal clean. Short distance to Atlantic side access. Enjoy the constant sea breeze being one lot off Cudjoe Bay. Quiet walking and biking community. Relax by the pool and sit in the shade under the tikis. Close to Key West, restaurants and area attractions. Master bedroom has king size bed, on suite and walk in closet. One bedroom has two twin beds, and other bedroom has king size bed. Black out curtains in all bedrooms. All bedrooms have large screen tvs. House has large laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen has frig, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Rental comes with everything needed for your cooking need's. Plates, cups, silverware are all in kitchen. Grill located on upper deck.
