The room cleaning was not good! Bed was done nicely but no exchange of pool towels, no exchange of any bath amnesties and also no cleaning of the used spoons!

The Trentino card was a great added bonus for getting into local museums, the cable car and public transport etc. Elisa was the perfect host. We loved our stay in Trento. Highly recommended."
