"We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2026 and I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed everything. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are especially lovely with their own en-suite bathrooms and thankfully air conditioning throughout the house which we really appreciated due to the super hot temperatures during our stay. The pool was great and the garden was beautiful. We had up to 8 cats visiting us which I loved. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed when we cooked and we were able to make use of a portable bbq. It was quick and easy to get into Dalyan centre where we found some great restaurants. I’m glad we rented a car as we wanted to be able to explore and go to beaches and other places. It’s easy to get taxis though if you don’t have transport. I would 100% recommend Kaunos Tours in Dalyan for information on trips and anything to do with the house as they manage it. Overall, a lovely place to stay away from the crowds but near enough if you want to do anything."

"The restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for you - there were loads of them and they were extremely friendly snd helpful. Food nice , not too expensive (for a hotel) and had a couple of meals in the hotel as well as breakfast, which was typical turkish breakfast. With the best freshly cooked omelettes Rooms comfortable. Nice iced water/ juice available at all times free in foyer. Swimming pool area was comfortable, lots of sunbeds and tables - very lovely to overlook the river. Ferry boats / day trip boats right by hotel - as was shops/ dolmus stop etc"

"We had a family room.. it was what you can except from a small area hotel. It was good. The view from the terrace is amazing and breakfast was delicious. Close to everything and you can get picked up by local cruises straight from the deck of your hotel .The owner is very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time."

"What a fabulous find a real hidden gem. Amazing setting with outstanding views and wonderful manicured gardens. The rooms are well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. A very nice breakfast with lots of choice, the staff are very helpful and frendly. Highly recommend and we will be back."
