"The Hotel and Gardens was fantastic. Service was great and all the Hotel and grounds were extremely clean. The breakfast was very good and the overall condition of the room was good. The only negative was the mattress, it was due for replacement! The Hotel was perfectly placed for us on the edge of Dalyan, only ten minutes walk into town, with a great position on the river.
