Lovely boutique hotel central based and on the river, views fantastic and a hive of activity every day with the boats in and out. Close to the bars and restaurants and shops. We were given an attic room with minimal view so asked to be moved which the staff obliged and we were happy with. Friendly staff, pleasant outdoor space, nice pool but we didn’t use. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the river and market. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast and great choice of food at the restaurant. Rooms were good size and clean. We were really happy with our stay and we will be coming back here.

Not a 4* hotel by a long stretch. Whilst the rooms have been renovated, the hotel on the whole is dated. Breakfast was below par (no fresh coffee) and swimming pool is very overlooked by diners and cramped. It also closes at 6pm. Our rooms were not ready at check in and due to the rush, cleaning was not fully complete. I booked a river view room in order to see the tombs and whilst you could see the river to the left, our direct view from our balcony was of the red awning covering the restaurant area (see photo). Staff were friendly however.

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast and a wonderful restaurant overlooking the river with a great menu and very tasty food but the thing that makes it VERY SPECIAL are the helpful friendly staff. They do everything they can to make you feel relaxed and at home. Particularly special thanks to Gigdem who went out of her way to help us. Thank you. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Dalyan. Perfect place from which to visit the Lycian tombs and the incredible ancient city of Kaunos.

Room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Close to everything. Beautiful views of the river. Gığden at reception super friendly and helpful. It was my birthday while I was at hotel and we were given a lovely basket of fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is in the most gorgeous location. The view over the river is to die for. This does come with some diesel noise from the various boats on the river. The lighting of the property facing the river is lovely. The main entrance to the hotel is via a back street. There could have been more attention to detail here - there were two large tubs of close to dead plants (bougainvilleas I think). The entrance is shady and plants may not grow well - it would have been better for them to be removed. Internally, the hotel is OK, not great. I do not think that there is an elevator. The corridor lighting is a little erratic. It was all scrupulously clean. We stayed in a suite. It was a good size with two small separate balconies. There were three rooms, the living area, the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area had a spare bed and a sofa bed in it. Perhaps it could be more comfortable as a suite rather than a multi bed facility. No issues with the bedroom. In the bathroom, the shower was insecurely fitted. Breakfast was a bugbear. In an area famed for its fruit it was beyond strange that there was no fresh fruit juice on offer. There are freshly cooked omelettes on offer, however, it was touch and go whether you could get this - no evidence of any queueing system. The staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning staff do a great job behind the scenes. The hotel has an unparalleled view, an external ambience and a great base from which to visit an fascinating area.

Our return to the hotel was met with the same lovely staff, the wonderful breakfast, conmfortable rooms, excellent wifi and beautiful views. However, we did notice that the sound coming up from the restaurant area was very audible in the rooms (even with the balcony doors fully closed), and the nightowls who were staying up late eating and talking were also very noisy when coming to their rooms - again, the loud slamming of doors was disturbing. A few more soundproof measures (such as door closing dampners) would be an excellent investment in a hotel that *nearly* gets it all right!

Room was beautiful with a balcony facing the river and The Kaunos rock tombs! A+. Lovely staff. However!! Non smokers beware!!! I believe 40% of Turks smoke. I was woken up so many times during my 3 night stay from my room being smoked out!!! Opening the balcony door was impossible for 2 of the nights since it was raining heavily. Call the reception? I did. However after that I realised how futile that is. When you provide an ashtray in the room, it’s a license to smoke! I would never stay there again. I think that 3 nights =my 20 years of passive smoking.

The perfect for choice for a getaway.

The Caria Luxury hotel was a great find. Super location just metres from the small town centre, right on the river and with a view of rock tombs from our balcony. Our double room had been updated and was comfortable with a very large double bed, new A/C and very efficient hot water shower bathroom. Breakfast offered enough choice to suit most people with Turkish tea or Nescafe provided and other teas and coffee available from the outside bar/restaurant The outside restaurant was very well positioned overlooking the river. The food was tasty and food/drinks were reasonably priced. We understood the hotel is under new management/ownership this summer and more improvements are planned for 2026. Dalyan itself is very much worth a visit especially a river boat trip to the lake and beach. We will definately return.

The room overlooked the river with lovely mountain views. the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was basic Turkish, but not much fresh fruit or fresh fruit juices. The pool side toilets need the doors sorting and people slipped on the wet floor tiles.

The restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for you - there were loads of them and they were extremely friendly snd helpful. Food nice , not too expensive (for a hotel) and had a couple of meals in the hotel as well as breakfast, which was typical turkish breakfast. With the best freshly cooked omelettes Rooms comfortable. Nice iced water/ juice available at all times free in foyer. Swimming pool area was comfortable, lots of sunbeds and tables - very lovely to overlook the river. Ferry boats / day trip boats right by hotel - as was shops/ dolmus stop etc

A friendly welcome from lovely staff at this lovely hotel on the river.nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was excellent…very clean…had everything we needed for our two night stay! The breakfast was a banquet….so much choice….delicious start to the day! Will hopefully stay again there soon.

The staff are the heart of this hotel. Everyone we encountered was incredibly polite, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to departure. Being situated next to such a stunning river with a mountain view is truly special. The air is fresh, the views are "picture-postcard" quality, and the overall atmosphere is one of total tranquility.
