The holiday home is located 4 kilometres from the beaches, which can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car. It is a place where you can leave the stress of everyday life and city life behind. At your disposal are 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living area is 277m². The outdoor area is a natural plot of 2,232m², fully fenced and offers a large green garden with an outdoor pool (8 x 4m, 1.5m deep, heated), where you can work on your tan under the parasol or in the shade of the olive trees on the sun loungers. They are considered a tourist magnet and a favourite meeting place for the locals, where you can experience the most beautiful sunset just before dusk.
