"Clean room and helpful staff"

"The hotel were kind enough to move us to the newly renovated units so the room had an AC. Carpets throughout though so it was a bit dusty, and my crawling infant ended up with really dirty clothes. However the unit is spacious, Internet is fast, it's safe and really convenient due to being opposite the mall. Friendly staff and security. Kitchen is well equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, and some plates, cups and cutlery. Will book again. "

"My flight landed at 7pm from GA, this is when I inquired as to where to get the shuttle. I was informed that they do not have transport services, and for me to take an Uber. Where do I find the Uber? Dont I need an app for that? Also I expressed that I would not have booked here if it didnt include transportation from the airport. I had another flight to take in the morning. How was I to get back at 7am? I found Uber, you dont need an app from the Airport. And they booked me one for the morning. Cost from the Airport was R250, (peak) and for the morning it was R64. Yep R64. I must say the location is a out 15. Mins away and the place was really nice, the room clean, staff was very nice. NO TRANSITION."

"The hotel was nice to stay but some guest over the weekend talks really really loud until 4am and it is a pity that the management did nothing about it."

"Room was comfortable. Older hotel but everything works. Nice breakfast selection too. Friendly staff. Free safe parking and close to Eastgate mall. Easy to get onto the R24 highway too. "
