Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. "The hotel is fairly new and the staff is amazing; shout out to Nokuthula and Nontobeko, they provided impeccable service. Radisson also provide shuttle bus from and to OR Tambo Airport which makes it very convenient. I look forward to my next stay in this clean, convenient and secure place.
There is also a shopping centre within a stone-throw which has a grocery store, a pharmacy, pizza place and ATMs in a very secure location."
