"I booked this stay to get out of the house for the weekend with my two

I picked this hotel in particular because of the amenities (in the picture there is a nice pool, fire pit, patio heaters, etc.) The night we arrived, the patio was dirty, the fire pit was not operable, and the patio heaters did not work. I tried every single one and none of them lighted due to empty propane tanks. I asked the maintenance person if the tanks could be replaced and I was told they didn’t have any...
