"The kitchen could actually use dish detergent for the sink, not that powder. Also, the tub could've been cleaner try a magic eraser and the tub drain was stopped up, but that was fixed during our stay. "

"My suitcase was soaked at the bottom due to a leak from the wall that wasn’t discovered until the next morning after attempting to get dressed. I was overly irritated because I was offered a free upgrade from the room I originally booked and the rooms were not up to par for the amount of money being charged; old bathrooms, insufficient lighting in them "

"Upon check-in, Joshua went well above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. That is the epitome of customer service. I would rate cleanliness at 5, however there was a long brown hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door so long that it startled me. The facility obviously is old. I wouldn't say in disrepair because you can see that it's maintained, but I'll say age deteriorating. The facility is 3 Star rated, however it's a solid 2.5. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and I would return. "
