There are a couple of misleading pieces of information in the property description. It mentions a "dining table". In actual fact, the unit has a bistro style table. It also mentions "king" bed. In actual fact, the bed is a queen.
The bathroom is miniscule. We couldn't wash our hands in the tiny basin without splashing water on the floor. Three windows had no covering whatsoever. Simple sheer curtains would have been nice.
The other thing which was off putting was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the unit.
On the plus side, there is the keyless entry, good wifi, and a smart TV. However, I for one couldn't figure out how to watch it. Maybe it's simply beyond my capabilities.
If you aren't planning to stay in the place very much while you're in the city, and if you're on a limited budget, this place might fit your needs.
