Cracked tiles, crack in the sink, you have to go request a kettle but there was a sign "being borrowed by your neighbour". "

"I ordered food through Ubereats. The staff was present when another guest received two orders from two different cars and believed both orders were hers. I asked the staff because my food was delivered and the guest stole it and walked fast to avoid detection, to go to her room and see that one of the orders said my name. They did nothing, they owe me $44."
