One of the young male staff members was very rude!

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, clean rooms everyday, only complaint is it’s not very walkable. You’re surrounded by airport parking lots but easy to get to Newark airport and not loud at all

For the price of this hotel I am definitely disappointed. I had house keeping once while I was there for 6 nights. I was spoken to very rudely by a man working in the restaurant. I was never able to go to the restaurant but i definitely think there should be some kind of priority for those staying in the hotel. The website wasn’t working for room service which messed up some nights when I didn’t wanna leave the hotel. Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken the whole time which left me waiting for 15 minutes at some points to get to breakfast or to get down to the lobby. I think for such an expensive and prestigious company I was definitely let down by the Hyatt house jersey city.
