"Very poor service and rude staff experience. With a multi stay with family, no room service, despite having informed to do so ( which ideally shouldnt be required, having the tag placed on door to service).
Microwave does not work, fridge does not work.No promised amenities are functional. Carpet was dirty with visible big stains, likely uncleaned.
Overall not a great experience and specially dont recommend anyone with family to consider it for a stay. Lot of other options available in heart of desert springs / downtown."
