"I was surprised at check in that we were told we had reserved 4 rooms. We did have 2 connecting rooms but my original booking that I had cancelled well in advance on Expedia never showed up on Hilton Heidelbergs end. I had to prove I had cancelled and had to forward emails to show that I did indeed cancel the first connecting rooms. Once that was fixed, the rest of the stay was ok. "

"Air cond doesn't cool the room, the shower plug hole drains water very slowly, room was very small and bed was too soft. "

You cannot buy or manufacture old world European charm and hospitality. At this property these qualities are 4 generations in the making. This hotel never disappoints.
