"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out. However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. There are three doors downstairs—two locked and one leading to the laundry room, which was unlocked. Assuming the washing machine was available for guest use, we did a load of laundry...

"The agency did not respond to our nessages or gave instruction on how to access the property, we had to book an hotel at extra expence and only managed to get into the property on the second night. No wardrobes or hangers to use for clothes. Very limited kitchen equipment. "

Just a small piece of feedback and a heads-up for other folks is accessing the parking space for the house, although plenty of room when inside the gate, getting thru the gate with a 9 seater Transit van size vehicle is a little tricky..... definitely doable just a little tricky! Not sure what Silvia...
