"We stayed for one night on a four day tour of Scotland. Stuart is an excellent host, advised us on the surroundings and booked a table for us at the nearby pub. Easy to park the car, quiet neighbourhood and the best breakfast we had on our tour. Would definitely stay here again. "
"The staff were great but the property could do with a bit of an upgrade. Shower nozzle was blocked and the shower gel was empty. That being said it was not expensive and we had good craic with Dougie and the other locals in the bar."
"Really nice property and nice staff, good location.
Slightly disappointed by the lack of cafe/ restaurant on site - but there are plenty of options close. Overall good."
"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out.
However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. "Late check in was ok, nice to have a human at reception to assist. Our room ticked all the boxes however my co travellers had big problems with the shower, no pressure & cold "
"The beds are comfy, rooms are quite clean, found two hairs in bathroom, paid full breakfast and was given only very limited cold food and was asked to pay extra £15 for hot food, then when checking out was told it was by mistake, the breakfast waiter shall have a breakfast guest list to verify all incoming guests this way he would know who is still missing so when we arrived 9:15 am with my son he got only rice flakes with milk … I like the lobby and bar, from outside it is dated but inside quite nice. "
