"The Check-In was very easy and the owner was so nice. The kitchen was small and simple but had everything we needed. The atmosphere around the apartment was very italian and beautiful.Over all, the stay was perfect. The location is a little bit away from Verbania but it’s very easy to reach with a car or scooter."

"The apartment was very nice. Clean and accurate as described. The only downside is that it is on a busy street so it was a bit noisy with the windows open or closed. Easy to walk to the center with many great restaurants as well as walkable to the ferry and train station. "

"This is a unique find, we enjoyed the history of the property. Typical Italian streets to maneuver to get to the huge villa and the gate entrance is tricky with a bigger vehicle. The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. English is not one of the owners languages but he uses phone to translate. There are no laundry facilities as stated on expedia but the owner generously...

"The stay was very nice.
We travelled there with our dog, and it was very suitable for that as well. Even when it was hot outside it was cool inside. The owners were very nice and brought u ssome fruits or vegetables a few times.
It also include an enclosed garden part which was especially nice for hour dog.
All in all a great stay"

Firstly the view from our Lake View Suite (room 311) was breathtaking 🙌. The location was perfect, walkable to restaurants, shopping, bars, ferries, supermarket (Carrefours) and the village centre. It is a 10 euro cab ride from the train station. Our room was massive with a comfortable bed with beautiful linen and toiletries provided. It had a kitchenette which was only really suitable for basic cooking or reheating, however there are a billion restaurants to eat at close by. Just be aware if...
