"Amazing view on lake. Nice flat and terrace. About 10min from the city, located on the hill. Lots of things to discover around including the islands on the lake. Some issue with the tub but it has been improved during our stay."

"Property is nice and close to everything you'd want to see. But the queen bed is just two singles pushed together, causing me and my girlfriend to fall through the mattress multiple times. On top of that the property wasn't very clean and random things like window opening levers were broken. We basically had to spend the first day cleaning the place. "We stayed there for three nights. A very nice lady checked us in. The check in takes place in the town before Stresa. The apartment is in a perfect location, by the boats, centre of Stresa; lots of cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. "The place was great, centrally located. Emmanualla was available the entire time. We needed instructions to get in. It wasn't very easy, but once learned, it was doable. Two recommendations: We had to pay extra for sheets and towels. That is crazy. Even after I paid for sheets and towels, the sheets were not put on the beds. They were folded on the bottom in a stack, and it was my job to put them on the bed. If I have to pay for the service, then provide that service. We were given 3 towels (1...
