The Sunset on the Lake apartment in Belgirate overlooks Lake Maggiore. The 55 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, smart TV with streaming services and satellite channels, air conditioning in the bedroom, fan, and washing machine. The holiday home offers a private open terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening.



Guests have access to a private garden via an external staircase, equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo with a table and 6 chairs. A private barbecue with accessories is available on request for an extra fee.



The location is convenient between Arona and Stresa, just 6 km from the Borromean Islands. In Lesa, Erno Beach offers both a private facility and a public beach, both pet-friendly. The Mottarone ski slopes are about 20 minutes away by car. The train station is 200 m away. Free street parking is available.



Families with children are welcome; a cot and high chair can be provided on request. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors. On-site amenities include free Wi-Fi, washing machine, smart TV, mosquito nets on all windows. The kitchen is equipped with an illy capsule coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.
