"Rooms were clean for the most part. I did find some hairs in the shower but not a big deal. My only issue with the room I had was the taps in the bathroom. The hot water would slowly taper off so your just left with cold water when washing your face. If you turned up the hot water then it's like a fire hydrant spraying everywhere. Other than that the room was great, comfy beds and clean sheets. Will stay again."

"Finally a hotel that puts seniors on the top floor. It was so nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good Hotel lobby was clean and comfortable, a pleasant space to sit and have a coffee. Overall a great stay."

"Our stay here was great! Check in was smooth. The bed and pillows were super comfy. (One of my must haves). We could open a window, also great. Even though close to the main highway it was not too loud at all. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was also really good. We'd totally stay here again."

"The amenities are why this hotel gets a 5 star rating for me. Hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, underground parking, close to everything. The main area/atrium is beautiful. The security is good, so it’s easy to feel safe. The only critique is that there is only 1 person at the guest services so check in can have long lines."

"Nice hotel in a nice area. When in Canada, I try to stay at locally owned hotels. Slight noise issue with a 2nd refrigerator in the room… the fitness center needs some upgrades or a partnership with the local gym would be great!"

"Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly! The room itself was little outdated, but no complaints here. It was completely functional for our weekend stay. The lounge was beautiful and I really loved how it’s decorated. The atmosphere was a great vibe. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our breakfast in the dining areaI however, we e felt bad for the lovely lady who has to do everything on her own during the weekdays. She was a sweetheart and was working very hard to make sure there was food for everyone and the stations were kept clean and filled. I know some people were choosing to go elsewhere because it was hard to keep up with the amount of people stopping for breakfast. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back."
