"I checked out at 1am instead of getting any sleep. Hotel is newer and built cheaply so it’s always loud… you hear every step, every door close, toilet flush etc. light from the side of the hotel comes in the windows, the drapes don’t cover them very well so the room is bright as day 24/7… my bed was either worn out or just way too soft to begin with, my lower back was killing me just from laying there trying to sleep. Pillows are about 3’ round and always bounce back as well so it’s like holding on to a balloon. Not worth the price of the stay at all. It’s almost like clown hotel. "

"Clean rooms nice beds "

"The hotel is run-down and in a rough area of town. We were greeted at the property by a homeless couple swearing at each other. Once we got inside the hotel, 2 gentlemen were arguing with the desk clerk over money, and it was pretty heated. Not a great impression overall so far. The hallways and common areas were as clean as could be in this run-down hotel. We got to our double-queen room, and it was too small for 4 people. The hotel room was relatively clean. We did find hair in our threadbare bedding, which was gross. The bathroom was as clean as it could be, but the shower looked gross. We refused to use it. Overall, you can tell the hotel was doing its best to stay clean. Breakfast was cereal, pastries, and oatmeal. You aren't even allowed to take your coffee out of the breakfast area. No hot food at all. This hotel is definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, and we won't be coming back. "

"We thought that for the reasonable price we paid we were getting a room with two queen beds. I don’t know if they upgraded us, but we got a really nice huge room with two queens and a full kitchen. It was a great stay. Great breakfast. "

"Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Parking was a bit difficult at times because we wear attending during a busy week, which wasn’t ideal due to the cold weather at the time. For the price, it’s hard for me to have any complaints about my stay here. Would definitely come back."

"I will never stay at best western again and i personally hope you are removed from expedia so ppl cannot use visa debits and book to just be told they cannot and be treated as a second class citizen. "
