"Location couldn’t have been better, right in the centre next to the bars and restaurants. Rooms are small but adequate and clean. Staff are so friendly, checking in and out was easy. Highly recommend a visit to Warwick and if you’re staying overnight, stay here as everything is close by, make sure you head to Ronnie’s bar for a couple of drinks and live music, and highly recommend Saffron Gold if you fancy a curry - all only a few minutes walk. The market is on in the square on Saturday mornings...

"Perfect location when wanting to utilise soho farmhouse. Even though the rooms are super outdated in terms of the design, hairdryer and iron, they are very spacious and provide a good nights rest - the bath is a plus also! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice at breakfast, better than some hotel chains.. however the omelette was grey and questionable. Will definitely be staying again! "

"Loved the property and all the nooks and crannies in the building. Our room was small but had a bathtub which was a bonus after walking 30 km. Staff were very kind and helpful and the restaurant was excellent. And loved the lotions and bathroom amenities. "

"Situated near the centre, parking is available free after 5.45pm and until 8 45 am. Staff were excellent, I had a large clean room with a sofa, whilst being slightly dated it was functional and fine for one night. I would stay again. Wi fi was very good and free. Excellent water pressure in the shower. On site bar served decent food."

"Great communication, property beautifully decorated. Alrhough no parking there is a 24hr carpaek 5minutes walk away and reasonably priced. Easy to unload bags as road next to it has 1hr free parking. 5min walk and you are in centre of the town which is stunning"

"First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. We didn’t really end up with much time at the property but the little we were there I would definitely come back! It was so quaint and Cotswoldish!...
