Lovely B&B run by a lovely couple.
A lovely B&B run by a lovely couple. It's peaceful location with views over the countryside were a joy to wake up to. A short distance from Stratford-upon-Avon and it's many attractions. Also some great pubs serving delicious food a short drive from the B&B.

I had to attend a trade exhibition at the NEC. I used this wonderful property as a stop off between my Daughter's house (drop of the garden furniture that was suddenly so important) and the exhibition centre. Left my Wife there after breakfast, she was collected by said daughter and continued my day. The property was spotless, in a lovely spot. Lovely comfortable room and great bathroom. Local pub for tea was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. In short; lovely spot, lovely property, lovely food, lovely people.

Lovely Stay
It couldn’t have been better. Our hosts were so warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. The home is in a gorgeous setting. We’ll definitely be back.

Larkrise Cottage B&B
It is a beautiful house with amazing hosts. They were friendly, welcoming and very attentive. All needs were taken care of. Beautiful bathroom and shower with all needs catered for. The room was cold when I arrived as the heating was off but was put on immediately when I mentioned it. It was a very cold night and as such in the middle of the night I was very cold had to put on a jumper and used my coat as an extra layer on the bed. Saw in the morning that there were blankets in the cupboard but didn’t realise it during the night. I would stay there again but during a warmer season.

Sorry the radiator had gone off in your room when you arrived - the heating had been on all evening and works on a thermostat so it had gone off temporarily. Would stay again!!
The all too brief stay at Larkrise Cottage was one my wife and I will remember for a while....the room was ideal size and the ensuite facilities were excellent. Breakfast was very good and the overall experience was so good we'd certainly stay again if in the area.

Fantastic birthday weekend stay without the kiddies. Despite Alan having Covid, Jennifer cracked on and nothing we asked for was too much for her. Extremely accommodating, lovely spot - will definitely return

5 stars, great price.
As we entered the grounds we were immediately impressed by the gardens and lodgings. We were warmly greeted by Jenny and was escorted to our beautiful room with lovely views. It was well equipped and stocked with lots of choices of biscuits, water, teas and coffees and even given some fresh milk. The bed was extremely large and comfortable and the breakfast was first class and so much choice(Fresh eggs from the hens on site was an added treat). Nothing was too much for our hosts and would recommend highly anyone hoping to stay here in the future. 10 out 10.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing with excellent attention to detail. Home from home. Delicious cooked breakfast with quality meat and fresh eggs from the owners’ hens. Beautiful views. Alan and Jenny are perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble but we were left to enjoy our time in their home. Highly recommended.

Charming cottage in a quiet location, but convenient for Stratford upon Avon. Good walks nearby. Immaculately clean, very pleasant hosts and good breakfast (with eggs from their own hens), nothing not to like! I recommend, and would happily stay there again.

Lovely little B&B in the countryside. We were offered tea in the garden when we arrived. Our room was small, but the bathroom was large and everything was very clean and tidy.

Perfect Stay
We stayed 2 nights and it was just what we needed and expected. The room was lovely with an unobstructed view of the countryside. Very peaceful. Our hosts were very friendly and thoughtful especially around Covid measures which were implemented without too much disruption. We would highly recommend Larkrise and its location is perfect for visiting alot of the Cotswold Towns.

Beautiful location, can see across fields from sitting up in bed, breakfast room overlooks a tranquil garden. Very welcoming host, all the extra 'treats' like white table clothes and napkins, generous provision over breakfast cereals above the 'ordinary', 'proper' ground coffee bags avaialble to make a drink in your room.
