🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and tidy the apartment. If you don’t wish to handle this, you can order a “complete cleaning” option for the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance and these instructions are not followed, a penalty of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged.



📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform, as well as provide the necessary information for the police form, in compliance with current regulations. Séjour à STRASBOURG

Bonjour,Nous avons apprécié cet appartement, nous y sommes restés 2 nuits à 7 personnes dont deux enfants. Je ne l'ai pas trouvé bruyant même s'il est situé aux bords d'une artère de la ville. L’accès au centre-ville est rapide pour des bons marcheurs (10 à 15mn), la proximité du tram est appréciable pour des personnes moins sportives. Pour le stationnement voiture, il y a des places non payantes devant le lycée KLEBER (2mn à pied mais elles sont rares) ou sur le parking de France 3 (moins rares mais à 6mn à pied) Il y a une bonne literie (Bon, je n'ai pas essayé tous les lits). On a trouvé qu'il manque un peu ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles surtout). Le plus grand regret c'est qu'il manque une cafetière Electrique classique. Pour nous les Nordistes de VALENCIENNES c'était un détail important (l'annonce nous faisait bien imaginer qu’il n’y en avait pas, nous n’avions plus de place pour prendre la notre dans la voiture). Pour résumer, il est conforme à nos attentes par rapport aux photos. Bonne journée

Praktisch für Messebesucher

Ordentliche, saubere Altbauwohnung. Für die zentrale Lage an einer Kreuzung ist die Wohnung nicht zu laut. 3-4 Personen können hier komfortabel wohnen. Nur 1 Toilette. Alles in der Wohnung war gut vorbereitet. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Umgebung genug Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
