🍼 The apartment provides a travel crib (this equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Please bring your own bed linens for the crib, as the mattress size is 60x120 cm (only the mattress approved by the manufacturer is available).
🅿️ The accommodation is located next to a free on-street parking area (France 3 parking lot and near Lycée Kléber). 🛍️ This family-friendly neighborhood has many local shops. 🙏 This accommodation is compatible with Shabbat religious practices (a dood and a plata can be provided upon request during booking).

🌃 In the heart of the Contades district, you’ll have the opportunity to explore Neustadt on foot. Built to showcase Prussian power, Neustadt is known for its grand squares, wide tree-lined avenues, and a successful combination of monumental architecture with a strong sense of landscape. It is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. This remarkable post-Haussmannian district features some architectural extravagances, joyfully blending Italian neo-Renaissance, neo-Gothic, and Art Nouveau. After the destruction of World War II, it remains one of the last examples of late 19th-century German architecture.
House Rules: 🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices are prohibited. 🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ for additional cleaning fees.
⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.
🧹 Bed linens and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens and a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and tidy the apartment. If you don’t wish to handle this, you can order a “complete cleaning” option for the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance and these instructions are not followed, a penalty of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged.
📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform, as well as provide the necessary information for the police form, in compliance with current regulations. If the identities of the people staying do not match those of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
