"Good location, good breakfast, staff helpful, room was just decent. Obviously an older hotel that has been recently flipped and not that well. Towel hooks were already pulling out of the wall due to not being in a stud or even a sturdy anchor. The room didn’t even have a closet, just a spot in the bathroom to hang your stuff. Just a very weird setup overall. The photos show a nice balcony with a view and many rooms have that but ours was on the end and on the first floor so our view was just a cement wall."

"Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Old building. Comforter was a dingy white. The room we were in had ugly bright blue walls as you walked in. They didn’t clean room or replace towels between nights. Disappointed."

"It had been 8 years since we stayed at the Bell Rock the last time. The room was definitely showing its age and needing some updating. Otherwise, it was clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. The very small gym could use some more dumbells and some resistance training equipment."
