"Easy parking, first floor rooms have in room access to outside so good if you’re bringing a pet. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Had an issue with the room and they were more than happy to switch our room and even had the manager come speak to us personally and apologize. He brought us a bag of goodies. "

"The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Both on the phone when making arrangements prior to arriving, as well as taking care of our specific needs/requests upon check in."

"The location is lovely especially if you are visiting Queens university or downtown Kingston. It is a beautiful old house and has nice gardens and sitting areas. Because it is an older building, there were a few things that were a bit awkward in the room layout. Overall a nice place to stay."

"Endroit propre, personnel sympathique. Stationnement sous-terrain à 20$ par nuit. Déjeuner en boîte pratique à amener à la chambre ou prendre dans la salle à manger. Côté lac, belle vue, peut observer le levé du soleil. J'y retournerais."
