This hotel was clean, well kept, and safe, and service was amazing. I have zero complaints! Seriously, the customer service was one of the best I've seen at any hotel I've stayed at. And that makes all the difference in the world! While it isn't central to all the tourist attractions in Kingston, it's a good location for restaurants and shopping.
