"It was my third time staying at NYX Warsaw Hotel and every time it is amazing! The hotel is very stylish with modern design, high tech, city views and it is located at the centre of Warsaw. The rooms are comfortable with well equipped amenities like air conditioning with heating, coffee & espresso machines, large tv and a safety deposit box with amazing city views. Friendly and helpful staff, their service was amazing and very professional which I liked. There are 2 bars, one on the rooftop outside and one inside. There is a 24h room service but with high prices. There is also hotel's breakfast available on the ground floor but also expensive. Parking is available but with extra charge. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here and I will definitely come back too."

"Such a lovely hotel. We came out of the train station and it was right in front of us. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was superb. We had a deluxe room which had everything you would expect. Very comfortable bed which we were able to lie on and look out at the wonderful city lit up at night. The palace of culture was just over the road. We will return."

"There was a pool? The soup was delicious for breakfast but more hot food choices would have been nicer. Comfortable room, but noisy location. Easy to get everywhere from the hotel. Staff were excellent. "

"Great stay at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location is excellent—close to Old Town and many attractions. The indoor swimming pool was nice and a great place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Warsaw!"

"Overall the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent and the breakfast was very good. I did notice some stains on the rug in the room and that bothered me a little. Personally, I think the carpet under the bed which is there for purely aesthetic reasons needs to be kept immaculately clean or not used at all. The safe in the room has an outlet built into it. I guess for some guests it is a way of charging devices while they are being protected. However, I had medication that had to be kept at room temperature and I put in the safe (habit) and I later discovered that the safe produces heat as a result of that outlet. Luckily I discovered this before my medication reached a temperature that would have spoiled it and I began to store it outside of the safe. But it’s just something to be mindful of if you have temperature sensitive items. I never informed the hotel. So it’s really not an issue they were aware of or could address. Overall it’s a great hotel in a great location. With an excellent breakfast. "
