Pristine Modern Getaway
- This carefully updated modern bungalow is perfect for a carefree Stinson getaway. With a sunny back yard, and a beautiful view of the ocean through a Eucalyptus grove, this simple property is fun and easy. The open floor plan for the living, dining and kitchen area gives a nice feeling of space, and the chic, modern furnishings are refreshing and comfortable. The deck facing the ocean is directly above a five-acre monarch butterfly forest preserve, and during certain times of the year you will have colorful visitors flying by. This bungalow is pristine. Note: There is a steep stairway from the road down to the house. NO TV. Wood stove, central heating, Charcoal BBQ. Small dogs (under 30 pounds) allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 2 Queen Beds
