We loved our stay at the tiny home, the place was nice and clean and the host was very responsive. We loved the little store on the property. The hot tub was wonderful and nice and private. We woukd
We had the most wonderful stay at Frolander Bay Resort! The tiny home was beautifully designed and spotless, with a cozy soaker tub that made it feel like a private retreat. The setting is absolutely stunning — peaceful, private, and with gorgeous ocean views that made it hard to leave. We loved the thoughtful touches, especially the fresh farm eggs and the relaxing hot tub under the stars. The Kristin our host was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond, making everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise — we can’t wait to come back!
Loved it as much as the first time! Across the street from the beach, chickens, farms fresh eggs, easy check in, nice and close to town. Kristin is friendly and responds to questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be back again to try out the other tiny home.
Beautiful and cozy little home was lit up with little patio lights when I arrived! I felt like I was in my own little personal spa retreat with the special tub, robes, and the hot tub outside under the stars. Very comfortable sleep! I would definitely stay here again. There was a wonderful ocean beach park (Palm Beach) a few minutes down the road.
This tiny home had everything we could want, more counter space than our own apartment plus a great soaker tub and the hot tub to enjoy under the stars!
Clean, comfortable and cool enough to sleep during a warm week,in August, the space was close enough to the main roads for ease of exploring but far enough away that we had quiet relaxation whether we were hanging out on the patio or inside with the screened windows open. 100% recommend!
Perfectly cozy, private and equipped with everything you could need for cooking and relaxing. Stayed for one night on a bike trip - a delightful and luxurious break from camping. Beach access is right across the street and the outdoor couch is a great place to hangout! We also picked lots of blackberries :)
The tiny house is so cozy and nice ! The kitchen is full equipped and so convenient for cooking. We loved everything !

I stay over 250 nights per year away from home. One does not find this high level of hospitality at any chain hotel. I will definitely book this property again.
Hubby and I loved it and cant wait to go back. The Lohr family was great. Kristin was super accommodating in so many ways and gave us complete privacy. The only thing that could be improved is the patio. We'd love to be able to sit outside to drink our coffee rain or shine. There's no gutters and even though there's a pergola, the furniture got soaked and stayed wet our whole stay..
So lovely. Very friendly hosts. Super private. My partner and I needed to get the heck away from our kids, pets and the city. This was the perfect get away. The tiny home is adorable with very thoughtful touches. Bed was super comfy, kitchen was fully stocked (for food prep). The host left us two ciders and farm fresh eggs, there's a diffuser you can use, robes, tea and hot chocolate. Not a ton of space to sit and eat, but if you're staying in warmer weather it's a non issue. There's a huge deck and table outside with a propane firepit, The hot tub is a dream and there's a cute little dog that came to visit us. We are definitely coming back. Absolutely loved this place.
