"When I checked in the staff was very friendly but the room was very old and some things were not operational. The lawn hadn’t been cut in weeks and things were dirty. I never saw room service or anyone to even get towels over the three days. I ended up exchanging them at the front desk who was very helpful. On Friday, they ran out of breakfast by 9am and we never got to eat. I do not want to take away from the staff though. The front desk was very accommodating but the rooms need updating and grounds need landscaping. The back area by the pool was dirty when you sat on anything. This place definitely needs some TLC."

"First the cons...then the pros :) The hotel was nice and clean and our room was very spacious and I loved that! However, the AC in our room was not working well...it "worked" but we had to have it at 61 F to have the room "cool" it was not cold at all as we should be freezing if it was really 61 F but all the rooms were booked so we couldn't change rooms and its always a pain to change rooms, the sink faucet handle was broken so if you lifted it too hard it came off lol, and the desk chair was broken too, it was leaning sideways and there was a sofa in our room so we just sat on that...other than those 3 things, the room was very clean...the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and the dark-out curtains were really nice. The iron/ironing board and the hair dryer both worked well too. Oh they had yummy chocolate chip cookies one night for guests by the front desk and that was a nice treat :)"
