We stayed here for our 6 months together and it was a wonderful stay! The food was amazing at the Forest Grill and the breakfast was just as good at The Perfect Pour Cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was overall a great stay!

This hotel is extremely clean! The room was immaculate - mattress looked brand new (we always remove bedding to check for bed bugs - the mattress was as clean as can be!!). I really can't believe a hotel room could be this clean! There was no breakfast but each of us was given a $5 voucher to use at the take-out cafe below. The selection of items were delicious and very reasonably priced too! (I had a blueberry scone with icing and a coconut chocolate cookie! There were also cannolis, croissants, coffee, etc,) Staff was also very helpful. It was fun to have the casino on-site. It was safe too - you need a room card to be able to use the elevator to got up to your room floor. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. Burgers of Madison County and the fireside lounge essentially serve the same menu. We had dinner at the forest grill. Beautiful venu. Average food for above average prices. In the morning we got coffee and pastries at the perfect pour and pour express. Every pastry we purchased looked better than it tasted by far. The only positive I could say about these eateries is they give you a $5 coupon upon arrival and most items are $5 or less.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The check-in process was very smooth and well explained. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also easy to maintain the temperature in the room, without a lot of adjusting. Highly, highly recommend the Forest Grill to eat. We read that the artichoke dip was outstanding and we were not disappointed. The Great Plains burger (Bison burger) was cooked perfectly and very tasty! The Fried Eggplant was just as fantastic! For sides we have french fries and mac & cheese - neither of them disappointed. Our server Mallory was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for us, answering all our questions about dinner. Check out was just as great as check-in. I was not very successful at the slot machines, but my other half did great, and we eneded up walking out a little ahead. Definitely check this place out if you need to stay in the Syracuse area.

I had never heard of this casino/hotel. I was blown away by the staff (everyone at the front desk were so helpful!!) the amenities (though I didn't use the casino), the cleanliness of my room, really everything! I was going to Beak & Skiffs venue for a concert. A little far away for that venue but some guests helped me with directions. I will definitely return!!
